拉明·也馬·納斯勞伊·埃巴納（西班牙語：Lamine Yamal Nasraoui Ebana；2007年7月13日—），是一名西班牙的職業足球運動員，司職翼鋒，現效力於西班牙甲組足球聯賽球會巴塞隆拿，同時亦是西班牙國家足球隊成員[2][3][4]。

2007年7月13日，拉明·也馬在西班牙加泰隆尼亞巴塞隆拿都會區（英語：Barcelona metropolitan area）埃斯普盧加斯出生[5]，母親是出生於赤道幾內亞巴塔的服務員，父親是來自摩洛哥拉臘什的油漆工[6][7]。

也馬三歲的時候，父母離異，但陪伴也馬度過整個童年[8]。一家人原本生活在馬塔羅，也馬父母離異後，也馬母親搬到格拉諾列爾斯，也馬4歲時在格拉諾列爾斯當地的炮塔（La Torreta）球會學習足球[9][10]。與此同時，拉馬爾也輾轉於馬塔羅和格拉諾列爾斯兩座城市，與父親和母親一起生活[8]。在馬塔羅，拉馬爾與父親居住在羅卡豐達（英語：Rocafonda）社區，西班牙《國家報》稱這個地方遭到「遺忘、孤立和污名化」；拉馬爾入球的時候，會比劃出304的手勢，304是羅卡豐達郵編（英語：Postal codes in Spain）08304的後三位數。後來拉馬爾在足壇打響名號，08304這個數字也為世人所熟知，也給羅卡豐達這個工人階級社區帶來榮光[11]。

在拉瑪西亞，也馬被認為是巴塞隆拿最有前途的青訓學員之一[13][15][16][17]。2022至23球季，已經超齡的也馬加入巴塞青年A隊[16]，2022年9月初與其他青訓隊員被巴塞領隊沙維選入一線隊[5][14]。雖然還沒有簽約巴塞的一線隊，也馬已經成為深受教練賞識的青訓學員[15][18]。

比賽風格
